Article 1
These terms of use (the "Terms") set out how the site ycsolutions.co, published by YC Solutions (the "Site"), may be accessed and used. The Site presents the consulting and software development activity of YC Solutions. No online sale is carried out on it.
Article 2
Browsing the Site constitutes unreserved acceptance of these Terms. A user who does not accept them must stop using the Site.
Article 3
The Site is accessible free of charge, excluding electronic communication costs which remain payable by the user. Access may be suspended at any time for maintenance, security or technical reasons, without compensation.
Article 4
The Site presents the services of YC Solutions: custom software development, IT consulting and strategy, cloud infrastructure and DevOps, data and analytics, testing and quality, maintenance and support.
The descriptions published are informative. Every engagement is the subject of a separate scope, quotation and contractual terms, accepted in writing before work starts.
Article 5
The Site provides an enquiry form and a booking module. The user undertakes to provide accurate information and not to transmit any confidential data belonging to a third party without being authorised to do so.
Sending an enquiry or reserving a slot constitutes neither a contract nor a firm offer by YC Solutions. An appointment may be moved or cancelled by either party.

The Site, its structure, texts, visual identity, logotype and source code are protected by intellectual property law. No assignment of rights is granted through use of the Site. Any unauthorised reproduction is prohibited under the conditions set out in the legal notice.

Data transmitted by the user is processed under the conditions described in the privacy policy, which also covers the management of cookies and trackers.
Article 9
YC Solutions undertakes to take reasonable steps to keep the Site accessible, without guaranteeing continuous availability. It cannot be held liable for indirect damage, loss of data or harm resulting from use of the Site that does not comply with these Terms, nor in the event of force majeure.
It is for the user to protect their own equipment against any form of computer contamination.
Article 10
These Terms may be amended at any time. The applicable version is the one published on the Site at the time of browsing; the date of last update appears at the top of the page.
Article 11
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a disagreement, the parties will seek an amicable solution before any legal action. Failing agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Nanterre, subject to mandatory rules protecting consumers.
