Article 2

Data collected

We collect only the data necessary for the purposes described in article 3:

• identification and contact data: name, company, business email address, optional telephone number;
• data about the enquiry: service concerned, indicative budget, project description, request for a non-disclosure agreement;
• appointment data: date and slot chosen;
• technical connection data: IP address, server logs, browser type;
• measurement data: the pages viewed and the page you arrived from, with no identifier stored on your device.

Mandatory fields are marked in the form. No special category data within the meaning of article 9 GDPR is requested; please do not send any through the form.

Article 3

Purposes and legal bases

• responding to an enquiry or arranging an appointment: legitimate interest in handling requests received, or pre-contractual measures;
• preparing a quotation and managing the commercial relationship: performance of the contract or pre-contractual measures;
• ensuring the security and correct operation of the site: legitimate interest;
• measuring how the site is read, without cookies and without any identifier stored on or read from your device: legitimate interest in knowing which pages are useful;
• sending communications, where applicable: consent, withdrawable at any time;
• complying with our accounting and tax obligations: legal obligation.

Article 4

Recipients and processors

Data is accessible to authorised staff of YC Solutions and to its processors acting on instruction: Vercel Inc. (hosting and audience measurement), Prisma Data, Inc. (database), Microsoft Corporation (email). Each processor is bound by a contract complying with article 28 GDPR. No data is sold or transferred for advertising purposes.

Article 5

Transfers outside the European Union

Where a provider is established outside the European Union, transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or by an adequacy decision, supplemented where necessary by additional measures. Otherwise no data leaves the European Union.

Article 6

Retention periods

• enquiry with no follow-up: 3 years from the last exchange;
• client file: the duration of the contractual relationship, then archiving for the applicable limitation periods;
• accounting records: 10 years, in accordance with the French commercial code;
• technical logs: 12 months;
• cookies: see article 9.

Article 7

Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures: encryption in transit, access control on the least-privilege principle, logging, backups, staff awareness and regular review of authorisations. In the event of a data breach likely to result in a high risk, the individuals concerned and the CNIL are informed under articles 33 and 34 GDPR.

Article 8

Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time where it is the basis of the processing.

These rights are exercised with contact@ycsolutions.co or by post to 6, rue de Zilina, 92000 Nanterre, France. A reply is sent within one month, extendable by two months for complex requests. Proof of identity may be requested in the event of reasonable doubt.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, www.cnil.fr.

Article 9

Cookies and trackers

The site uses only the storage strictly necessary for it to work: the language you choose is kept in your browser's local storage, and no cookie is written for it. Strictly necessary storage does not require consent.

Audience is measured with Vercel Web Analytics. It counts page views without cookies and without writing or reading any identifier on your device. It records the page visited, the page you arrived from, and coarse technical data such as country, browser and device type. It does not build a profile of you and does not follow you to other sites.

No content is loaded from a third-party domain: the measurement script, like the fonts, icons and images, is served from ycsolutions.co. No advertising tracker is used. If one is added later it will be set only after consent collected through a banner, and this article will be updated.
